YWCA Lancaster is seeking a Development Operations Coordinator to oversee donor data, reporting, and fundraising systems in a full-time role in Lancaster, PA. You will help drive revenue through donor engagement, sponsorships, and community partnerships while ensuring data integrity in EveryAction.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Development Director, analytics, and cross-team coordination to meet fundraising goals and deliver timely donor acknowledgments and insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in database management, CRM administration, fundraising operations, or nonprofit administration.
• Experience with donor relations, sponsorship outreach, and donor communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the donor database and fundraising systems, ensuring data integrity.
• Generate fundraising reports and develop dashboards to track performance.
• Support revenue generation through donor cultivation and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with Development Director and Bonterra support on CRM updates.
