Qualifications

• 3–5 years of fundraising experience in a complex, mission-driven organization.
• Strong ability to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward donors and volunteers.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive fundraising and engagement across assigned events to meet revenue goals.
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteer leaders and committees.
• Partner with national and chapter teams to expand donor engagement and pipeline.
