Job summary

Breakthrough T1D seeks a Development Coordinator to execute fundraising events in SE Michigan, focusing on donor engagement and volunteer leadership. You will build relationships with supporters, oversee event portfolios, and help grow revenue while advancing the organization’s mission.

In this role, you will work in a hybrid setting, balancing in-office collaboration with field activities and community events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fundraising experience in a mission-driven org with revenue responsibilities over $250k.
• Experience partnering with active volunteers and managing large networks.
• Strong communication, integrity, and team collaboration; able to work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive fundraising revenue and engagement plans for the assigned event portfolio.
• Secure and retain table hosts, guests, and sponsors; oversee auction procurement.
• Manage volunteer engagement and cultivate donor relationships to grow revenue and impact.
• Represent Breakthrough T1D with professionalism and uphold organizational standards.
