Breakthrough T1D, a leading nonprofit focused on T1D research and advocacy, is seeking a Development Manager for the Eastern PA and NJ territory. You will manage event revenue portfolios, cultivate donors, and guide volunteers to expand annual fundraising goals across chapters and events.

• 3–5 years of fundraising experience in a mission-driven organization with revenue responsibilities over $500k.
• Strong skills in donor identification, cultivation, solicitation and ongoing stewardship.
• Experience partnering with volunteers and managing large networks of donors.

Responsabilités

• Fundraising & Engagement – manage event revenue and drive growth in assigned portfolio.
• Volunteer Management – recruit, cultivate, and oversee volunteer leaders and committees.
• Awareness & Advocacy – promote Breakthrough T1D mission across community and stakeholders.
• Administration – monitor KPI progress and collaborate on budget and pipeline strategies.
