Breakthrough T1D is seeking a Development Coordinator to drive fundraising efforts in the Florida chapter, focusing on donor engagement and event growth. You will collaborate with staff and volunteers to execute revenue plans and expand our reach within the community.

The role requires coordinating campaigns, maintaining donor records, and promoting Breakthrough T1D’s mission in a fast-paced environment with travel locally and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy in donor data entry.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable donor management system.
• 2+ years of fundraising experience in a mission-driven org with revenue over $250k.
• Experience partnering with volunteers and large networks.
• Ability to speak passionately about the mission and inspire others.
• Clear, effective communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Implement revenue and engagement plans to drive growth in the chapter.
• Manage donors and events data; maintain CRM records.
• Coordinate volunteers and engage partners to solicit funding.
• Support mission awareness and represent Breakthrough T1D professionally.
• Assist with administration and event logistics for smooth experiences.
