Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fundraising experience in a mission-driven organization with revenue responsibilities over $250k.
• Demonstrated experience in cultivation and ongoing stewardship of donors and supporters.
• Experience partnering with a large network of volunteers and active volunteers.
• Strong energy, integrity, courage, empathy, and creativity; team player.

Responsibilities

• Fundraising & Engagement – develop revenue and engagement plans to grow chapter fundraising and donor engagement.
• Volunteer Management – ensure meaningful engagement and partner with volunteer leadership to solicit funding and support.
• Awareness – promote Breakthrough T1D’s mission in the community across research, advocacy and engagement.
• Administration – maintain policies, support event logistics and fundraising platforms.
