Goodwill Houston is seeking a team member to provide exceptional donor service at an Attended Donation Center, following GWH guidelines and the GRATIS procedure to process donations. You will greet donors, assist with unloading donations, sort items by category, and issue receipts while maintaining accurate records.

The role emphasizes safety, customer care, and timely, courteous service to encourage donor return.

Qualificações

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate and interact well with a variety of personality types.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Greet donors to accept donations with a cheerful disposition.
• Perform GRATIS steps when accepting donations: Greet, Receipt, Assist, Thank, Invite, Sort.
• Provide excellent customer service and invite donors to return.
• Collect donations using donation carts and sort into categories.
• Maintain accurate records of donations and issue completed donation receipts.
• Assist with loading and unloading donations and equipment as needed.
• Assist with the security and safety of GWH team members and property.
• Perform necessary janitorial work.
• Must report all work incidents and injuries immediately.
