Goodwill Houston is seeking a Donor Acquisition Specialist to greet donors, process donations, and provide exceptional customer service at an Attended Donation Center in Houston. The role emphasizes accurate donation records, donor appreciation, and collaboration with the team to support mission-driven goals.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate and interact well with a variety of personality types.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Greet each donor to accept donations with a cheerful and pleasant disposition.
• Perform GRATIS when accepting donations: GREET, RECEIPT, ASSIST, THANK, INVITE, SORT.
• Provide excellent customer service, show appreciation to donors, and invite them to return.
• Collect donations using donation carts and sort them into categories.
• Maintain accurate records of donations and issue receipts to donors.
• Assist with loading/unloading donations and ensuring safety and cleanliness.
