Job summary

Walking Mountains seeks a Development Operations & Database Manager to oversee donor database integrity, gift processing, acknowledgments, and related reporting. You will coordinate with Finance to reconcile contributions between the CRM and QuickBooks.

The role supports donor research, moves management, and events, ensuring accurate, timely fundraising data and efficient operations for the development team.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in nonprofit development operations or donor database management.
• Experience administering a donor database/CRM and data integrity.
• Familiarity with donor acknowledgments, reporting, and financial reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor database operations, gift processing, and acknowledgments.
• Prepare fundraising reports and ensure accurate revenue recording.
• Reconcile development data with QuickBooks monthly and support moves management.
• Provide admin support for events and auctions.
