Hearts Alive Village seeks an operations-focused professional to build and run the donor data systems that power our fundraising program. You will set up and manage our CRM, migrate and clean donor data, and create workflows and reports for accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities include processing gifts, deposits and tax receipts, maintaining the grant calendar, and supporting the Development Manager with scheduling and board materials.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in database administration, gift processing, development operations, administrative support, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM or donor database; comfortable setting up new software.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Organized, dependable, and focused on clean, efficient processes.
• Experience with Bloomerang, Little Green Light, DonorPerfect or similar CRM is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Set up and manage our donor CRM: configure it, migrate and clean donor data, build workflows and reports.
• Process gifts, including entry, deposits, reconciliation with finance, and tax receipts.
• Keep the grant calendar and files organized so deadlines are met.
• Support the Development Manager with scheduling, meeting prep, and board materials.
• Pull lists and materials for donor campaigns to support stewardship.
