Job summary

Beebe Medical Foundation seeks a Data Entry Specialist to coordinate gift processing, donor administration, and event data management. You will ensure accurate donor records in Raiser's Edge, support gift-processing lifecycles, and assist with event registrations and reporting.

Working with philanthropy, finance, and administrative staff, you will maintain data integrity, support donor stewardship, and provide essential administrative support for fundraising operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Minimum of two years of data entry, administrative support, fundraising operations, donor services, finance, or database management experience preferred.
• Experience with fundraising databases, CRM systems, or donor management software preferred.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge or Raiser's Edge NXT strongly preferred.
• No certification required.

Responsibilities

• Support gift-processing workflow from receipt through acknowledgment.
• Enter gifts, pledges, and donor information into Raiser's Edge.
• Process monthly recurring gifts and maintain recurring donor records.
• Prepare and coordinate check deposits and donor acknowledgment letters.
• Maintain event tracking spreadsheets and sponsorship/registration data.
• Reconcile event registration and sponsorship information with Raiser's Edge.
• Generate routine reports for philanthropy and leadership stakeholders.
• Assist with donor and fundraising data reconciliation.
• Provide general administrative support for fundraising operations and donor services.
