Job summary

Bayhealth Foundation seeks a Foundation Database Specialist to manage Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT, maintain donor records, and process gifts. You will ensure data integrity, generate queries for campaigns, and support reporting for leadership.

The role includes training teammates, handling acknowledgements, and assisting with deposits and mailings as part of a busy development team in Delaware.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping required.
• Experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administrator for Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT (RE), including managing user roles, system configuration, and security permissions.
• Remain up to date on RE operation; participate in online training courses and train team members.
• Enter, update, and monitor donor records in RE; enter all gifts into RE and maintain data integrity.
• Record, reconcile, and file all gift batches from RE for Foundation and Finance.
• Generate queries for mailing lists and pull pledge reports in RE; mail pledge reminders.
• Prepare acknowledgement letters and support donor giving via telephone; provide reports to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned within scope of the role.
