Goodwill Houston is seeking a Donation Processor to provide a world-class donor experience by greeting donors, accepting, sorting, and processing donations according to guidelines to support the mission.

Responsibilities include moving items with pallet jacks, labeling equipment, recording donations on the donor tablet, issuing receipts, and maintaining safety and housekeeping standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent donor service by greeting donors and inviting them to return.
• Accept, sort, and process donations according to guidelines.
• Move items using pallet jacks and place furniture in staging areas or on sales floor.
• Label equipment and ensure proper setup and safety compliance.
• Accurately record donations using the donor tablet and issue receipts.
