Job summary

CSL Las Vegas plasma center is seeking an entry-level Donor Center Clerk to greet donors and guide them through registration and screening procedures. You will work under SOPs, perform health checks, and ensure donor data is recorded accurately in the management system.

The role involves assisting with donor education on plasma-derived products after training, handling phone inquiries, and supporting center operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations

Responsibilities

• Greeting donors at the plasma collection center and verifying donor suitability.
• Assist with screening procedures, including health history, basic medical questions and measurements.
• Educate donors on the use of products from donated plasma after training and answer questions.
• Register applicants and transfer donors as needed.
• Answer phones and direct callers to appropriate staff.
• Monitor donors for reactions and notify staff as required.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic management system.
• Follow SOPs and safety policies; maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Maintain confidentiality of personnel, donor and center information.
• May be cross-trained; bilingual skills may be required.
