Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a donor center support representative in Las Vegas. You will greet donors, guide them through screening steps, and help with registration and data entry. You may educate donors on the process, policies, and nutrition related to plasma donation.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 3 months of clerical or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare. Training may lead to cross-training in other areas and occasional bilingual support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability for the plasma pheresis process.
• Assist donors in completing screening procedures per SOPs, including health history and basic questions.
• Explain screening tests, appointment system, policies, and center information to donors.
• Register applicants and transfer donors as needed after training.
• Answer telephone and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Monitor donor reactions during/after pheresis and notify staff as needed.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system per SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
• Maintain donor and center confidentiality.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed.
