Job summary

CSL Plasma in Las Vegas is seeking a frontline Donor Services Associate to greet donors, guide them through registration and screening procedures, and ensure accurate data entry in the donor information system. The role includes health screening tasks and donor education under SOPs.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least three months in clerical or customer service work, preferably in a medical setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process per SOPs, including health history and basic medical questions.
• Perform health screening procedures such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature; collect samples for hematocrit and total protein.
• Educate donors on screening processes, health tests, appointment system, and center policies as training allows.
• Register and transfer donors as needed based on training and center requirements.
• Answer phones and direct callers to appropriate staff; maintain donor data in the electronic system per SOPs.
• Monitor donor reactions during/after pheresis and alert staff as needed; maintain safety and confidentiality.
• Maintain clean work environment and ensure supplies; adhere to HSE/OSHA policies.
