Job summary

CSL is seeking a frontline donor center associate to greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through the screening process for plasma pheresis. You will perform initial health checks, obtain a finger-stick hematocrit, and educate donors on the process and center policies.

In this role you will maintain accurate donor records, respond to inquiries, and help ensure a safe, efficient donor experience while upholding SOPs and safety standards at the collection center.

Qualifications

• Three months experience in clerical or customer service roles.
• Experience in medical or health provider environments preferred.
• Basic math calculations required.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and register donors for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors with screening, including health history questions and basic medical queries.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system and maintain confidentiality.
• Provide information about the donation process and center policies to donors.
• Answer calls and route inquiries to appropriate staff as needed.
