Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Donor Screening Assistant at our plasma collection center in Rock Hill, SC. You will greet donors, perform the screening steps, and verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis under SOPs.

You will enter donor data into our electronic system, assist with basic questions, and support health and safety procedures. A high school diploma and prior clerical or customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Will perform basic math calculations

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and conduct screening procedures per SOPs
• Record donor data and assist with data entry
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and center information
• Cross-train in other areas to meet business needs
