Job summary

The CSL Vifor Tulsa plasma donation center is seeking a donor screening assistant to greet donors and conduct screening procedures, including health history review, blood pressure, pulse, and other vitals. You will document donor information accurately in our records and support training for new staff.

Responsibilities include assisting donors, answering questions, and maintaining safety protocols. This role requires a high school diploma and at least 3 months in clerical or customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process, including health history review and basic medical questions.
• Register and transfer donors as needed after training and per center needs; maintain donor data in the electronic system.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to appropriate staff; maintain a clean, organized work area; observe and respond to donor reactions during pheresis.
• Maintain confidentiality of all donor and center information.
