Job summary

CSL Plasma in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is seeking a Donor Registration Specialist to greet donors and guide them through the screening process in a busy plasma collection center.

You will conduct health screenings, record donor information, answer questions, and support center operations while maintaining safety, confidentiality, and compliance with SOPs. Training provided for duties and cross-training as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 months in clerical or customer service role, preferably in medical environment.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and register for screening.
• Assist qualified donors in completing screening per SOPs, including health history and basic questions.
• Perform health screening procedures (BP, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger stick for hematocrit and protein.
• Educate donors on donation process and center policies after training.
• Maintain accurate donor data in the electronic management system.
• Ensure safety, confidentiality, and compliance with HSE/OSHA policies.
