Job summary

CSL Vifor operates a plasma collection center in Wisconsin and seeks a dedicated Front Desk/Screening Clerk to greet donors and verify eligibility for plasma pheresis. You will guide donors through registration and initial screening, ensuring privacy and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability for the plasma pheresis process.
• Assist required donors in completing screening procedures per SOPs, including health history review and basic medical questions.
• Perform health screenings such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature; conduct finger-stick hematocrit/total protein checks.
