Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field.
• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience in clinical or general business.
• Supervisory experience preferred; experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with plasma or whole blood preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor center operations when Center Manager is not present.
• Lead training and quality staff to meet goals.
• Coach and lead through feedback to Operations Supervisors.
• Develop action plans to maximize center efficiency and implement improvements.
• Manage personnel functions including hiring, assignments, training, and records.
• Collaborate with Center Manager on budget and production targets.
• Direct and supervise staff and schedules.
