Job summary

Grifols, S.A is seeking an Operations Manager to lead donor center operations in Augusta, GA. You will supervise frontline staff, ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA and cGMP standards, and drive production goals within approved budgets.

As acting Center Manager in their absence, you’ll coordinate training, quality control and donor recruitment efforts to maintain safety, efficiency and financial performance of the center.

Qualifications

• Direct leadership of frontline staff across donor floor operations.
• Ensures center activities meet SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Oversees budget, production targets and quality goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor center operations when Center Manager is absent.
• Coordinate with Training and Quality to meet goals.
• Manage schedules, personnel records and disciplinary actions.
• Develop action plans to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure donor recruitment campaigns and regulatory compliance.
