Job summary

Grifols in Moreno Valley, CA is seeking a Center Manager to oversee plasma collection center operations, staff, quality controls, and compliance with FDA, CLIA, OSHA, and cGMP requirements. The role reports to regional management and focuses on achieving quarterly KPIs and budget targets.

You will lead a team, ensure training, manage donor relations, coordinate budgeting, and drive process improvements, with relocation assistance and potential for a company bonus pool.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in clinical or general business environment.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet quarterly goals, staffing hours, CPL targets and KPI goals.
• Lead and develop center staff, and ensure training and quality goals.
• Operate the center with ethics and integrity, maximizing efficiency.
• Direct and manage employees and initiatives to improve processes.
• Provide strategic direction and budgeting; manage donor relations and marketing.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP standards.
