Job summary

Grifols is seeking an Operations Manager to lead donor center operations, ensuring donor safety, regulatory compliance, and achievement of production goals. You will direct frontline staff, collaborate with Training and Quality, and ensure activities align with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

This role may oversee multiple centers, act on behalf of the Center Manager when needed, and drive performance and profitability within established cost structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of related experience in clinical or general business.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor center operations when Center Manager is absent.
• Coordinate with Training and Quality to meet goals.
• Lead and coach staff through feedback to Operations Supervisors.
• Develop action plans with Center Manager to maximize efficiency and control costs.
• Manage personnel functions including hiring, assignment, and training; maintain records.
• Monitor donor center budget and ensure production targets meet cost structure.
• Direct and supervise scheduling and task delegation.
• Ensure readiness to perform all center tasks when needed.
