Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Center Manager for the USA GA - Kennesaw plasma donation center. You will oversee staff, production goals, and compliance, reporting to the Center Manager and driving performance across production areas.

You will participate in staff selection and training, ensure a safe, compliant workplace, and provide excellent donor service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires CPR/AED certification and physical mobility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required, associate or bachelor’s degree is desirable.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a regulated industry.
• Ability to work weekends and extended periods, and travel occasionally.
• CPR and AED certification are required.
• Must be mobile for the full work shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the selection and training of new team members and management within the center.
• Foster teamwork and provide performance feedback, including disciplinary actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company rules related to quality, safety, and daily activities.
• Contribute to audit corrections and prepare routine reports for management.
• Work in different production roles on the donor floor and provide customer service.
