Job summary

Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited. is hiring to oversee the production-area staff at the Houston donor center, reporting to the Center Manager.

You will supervise performance and scheduling, lead inventory control, work with donors to resolve concerns, and analyze non-conforming events. You will perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy and Sample Processing areas, fostering teamwork and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Ability to oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Experience leading Inventory Control and operational efforts.
• Ability to work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Ability to analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events.
• Ability to perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Strong teamwork, communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities
