Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a dynamic leader to manage daily donor center operations in a highly regulated environment. You will ensure compliance with FDA SOPs and safety standards while coordinating inspections, CAPA, and quality improvements.

The role includes supervising staff, organizing training, maintaining equipment, managing inventory and scheduling, and driving performance against KPIs. You will also nurture donor relationships and support HR decisions in a fast-paced center.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to function in a highly regulated industry.
• Experience leading teams or supervising staff is preferred.
• Proficiency with standard office software and record-keeping tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations to ensure safety and quality.
• Assist with inspections, audits, and CAPA implementation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and processes.
• Promote Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and provide training.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of donor center equipment and ensure cleanliness.
• Manage product storage, shipments, and handling of unsatisfactory products per SOPs.
• Support production targets, cost optimization, and inventory management.
• Involve in employee performance discussions, evaluations, and workforce decisions.
• Foster an inclusive culture and ensure adherence to HR policies.
• Act as a designated trainer for on-the-job and certification training.
• Provide leadership visibility through area walkthroughs and productivity support.
• Cultivate donor relationships to encourage retention and support marketing initiatives.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll records, and staff meetings for resource allocation.
• Drive performance against KPIs and collaborate with leadership to address gaps.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
