Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. in Texas seeks an operations leader to manage daily donor center activities, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across FDA/OSHA/CLIA standards.

You will lead inspections, CAPA, and continuous improvement while maintaining equipment and inventory readiness. You will also supervise staff, drive KPI performance, oversee scheduling and payroll, and foster an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 12 months applicable experience.
• 1 year of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience preferred.
• 1 year of people management preferred including recruiting, training, etc.
• Trained in all production areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily donor center operations.
• Maintain compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, GMP standards.
• Assist with inspections, audits, and CAPA implementation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Promote safety, health, and environmental policies; conduct safety training.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of center equipment and inventory.
• Support production targets, cost optimization, and inventory control.
• Provide input on employee performance, including evaluations and development.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture and enforce HR policies.
• Act as a designated trainer and conduct on-the-job training.
• Maintain leadership presence through area walkthroughs and support productivity.
• Cultivate donor relationships and support marketing initiatives.
• Manage scheduling, payroll records, and staff meetings.
• Monitor KPI performance and address deficiencies with leadership.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
