Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a leader to manage daily donor center operations, ensuring FDA/OSHA/CLIA/GMP compliance while maintaining safety and quality. You will oversee scheduling, payroll, training, inspections, CAPA, and drive KPI-based performance to hit production and cost targets.

Requirements include at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a regulated setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to train staff and foster a compliant, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 12 months of applicable experience.
• 1 year of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience preferred.
• 1 year of people management preferred including recruiting and training.
• Trained in all production areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, GMP and related SOPs to ensure highest production, safety and quality.
• Assist with inspections, audits, and CAPA with other departments.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and processes.
• Enforce Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and conduct safety training.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of donor center equipment and facility cleanliness.
• Manage scheduling, payroll records, and staff meetings for resource allocation.
• Monitor KPIs and drive operational performance with leadership collaboration.
