You will lead a team, enforce regulatory SOPs, oversee safety training, inspections, maintenance, and staffing, while supporting performance and donor relations. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work day and evening shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 12 months applicable experience.
• 1 year of operations or process management/supervisory experience preferred.
• 1 year of people management preferred including recruiting and training.
• Trained in all production areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations to ensure safety and quality.
• Assist with inspections and CAPA implementation.
• Participate in quality improvement to enhance efficiency.
• Promote safety and conduct safety training.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and facility cleanliness.
• Manage product storage, shipments, and handling of unsuitable products.
• Support production targets, cost optimization, and inventory management.
• Contribute to performance management and HR decisions.
