Octapharma Plasma, Inc. in Tampa, FL seeks an operations leader to help manage daily donor center operations and ensure training compliance. You will plan, implement, and execute training programs while supporting leadership in reaching production and quality goals.

The role involves mentoring staff, supervising payroll, coordinating CAPA actions with corporate teams, and maintaining regulatory records to uphold safety, quality, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree or up to 3 years of related experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of operations or process management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Three years of people management, including recruiting and training, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP.
• Host and support internal and external audits with timely responses and corrective actions.
• Maintain certifications, licenses, and training documentation to guarantee compliance.
• Mentor staff and promote safety, health, and quality policies.
• Manage donor center facilities, assets, and equipment for cleanliness and readiness.
• Oversee product inventory, procurement efficiency, and PO submissions.
• Safeguard product integrity and proper handling of unsuitable products.
• Analyze and manage KPIs to drive goals, cost optimization, and quality initiatives.
• Lead performance management, evaluations, development plans, and HR actions.
• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace aligning with company values and HR policies.
• Manage payroll records, scheduling, and staff allocation for efficiency.
• Cultivate donor relationships to drive retention and growth; collaborate on marketing initiatives.
• Facilitate routine staff and leadership meetings.
• Report irregularities to supervisor; coordinate CAPA with corporate teams.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
