Job summary

Grifols, S.A. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead donor center operations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and achievement of production goals.

You will supervise frontline staff and ensure all activities align with SOPs and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will manage day-to-day center performance, act in the Center Manager's absence, and partner with Training and Quality teams to meet quality and production targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or similar).
• Typically 3+ years of related clinical or general business experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred; plasma or whole blood experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor center operations when the Center Manager is not present.
• Collaborate with Training and Quality staff to meet training and quality goals.
• Coach and lead staff through feedback to Operations Supervisors.
• Monitor operations and develop action plans to maximize efficiency and achieve production targets.
• Handle personnel functions including hiring, directing work, training, performance, and records.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure center spends align with targets.
• Delegate and supervise operations supervisors and manage work schedules.
• Ensure all tasks can be performed in the center, covering production roles when needed.
