Job summary

Grifols in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily donor center operations, ensuring donor safety, regulatory compliance, and achievement of production goals. The role provides leadership to frontline staff and works with SOPs and FDA standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years supervisory experience in a regulated environment, with plasma or blood experience preferred; relocation may be required.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor center operations in the absence of the Center Manager.
• Coach and lead staff through Supervisors with effective feedback.
• Monitor operations and implement action plans to improve efficiency.
• Handle personnel functions: hiring, training, discipline, and records.
• Assist with budgeting and ensuring production targets at target cost.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP and SOPs.
