Job summary

The position requires leadership in shift coverage, schedule creation, and collaboration with Quality teams to resolve issues, while maintaining safety and production goals in a high-volume plasma center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; phlebotomy-related certs preferred.
• Six years of related phlebotomy/donor/plasma processing experience.
• Phlebotomist, Donor Center Technician, Plasma Processor and Designated Trainer certifications.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor floor operations and supervise staff during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Create staff schedules and coach team members.
• Oversee inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Provide timely reports and action plans to improve center performance.
• Partner with Center Manager and Quality team to resolve deviations.
