Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking an operations leader to assist Center leadership in daily donor center operations and training compliance. You will plan and execute regulatory activities, mentor staff, and manage facilities, inventory, and payroll to ensure efficient, compliant operations.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and collaboration with corporate teams on CAPA and shipments, while maintaining high standards in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or up to 3 years related experience preferred.
• 1–3 years in operations and/or process management/supervisory experience preferred.
• 3 years of people management, including recruiting and training, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP and regulatory standards.
• Host and support internal and external audits and CAPA actions.
• Maintain certifications, licenses, and training records for regulatory compliance.
• Mentor staff and promote safety, health, and quality policies.
• Manage donor center facilities, assets, and equipment for cleanliness and readiness.
• Oversee product inventory, procurement efficiency, and P.O. submissions.
• Safeguard product storage and handle nonconforming items per SOPs.
• Analyze KPIs to drive production goals, cost optimization, and quality initiatives.
• Lead performance management, evaluations, and staffing decisions.
• Foster an inclusive workplace aligned with values and HR policies.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and staff allocation to optimize operations.
• Collaborate with corporate and vendors on CAPA and shipments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
