Octapharma Plasma is seeking a results-driven Center Operations Manager to support daily donor center operations and drive training compliance. The role involves planning, implementing, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards across FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP.

You will mentor staff, manage payroll and scheduling, oversee facilities and inventory, and lead KPI-driven initiatives to improve efficiency and quality while maintaining a positive, compliant workplace culture.

Competenze

• Experience in operations management and process improvement.
• Experience supervising staff and driving training initiatives.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry is preferred.

Mansioni

• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Host and support internal and external audits with timely responses and CAPAs.
• Maintain certifications, licenses, training docs, and audit records for compliance.
• Mentor staff and enforce safety, health, environmental, and quality policies.
• Manage donor center facilities, assets, and equipment for cleanliness and readiness.
• Oversee inventory management, procurement, and PO submission per company practice.
• Safeguard product integrity and proper handling of non-conforming items.
• Analyze KPIs to drive production, cost optimization, and quality initiatives.
• Lead performance management, evaluations, development plans, and HR actions.
• Foster an inclusive workplace aligned with HR policies.
• Manage payroll records, scheduling, and staff allocation.
• Cultivate donor relationships to drive retention and growth; coordinate with marketing.
• Facilitate routine staff and leadership meetings.
• Report irregularities to supervisor; coordinate CAPA with other departments.
