Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. seeks a Center Operations Manager to support daily donor center operations and training compliance. You will plan, implement, and execute training and regulatory programs to ensure safety and quality.

You will mentor staff, manage facilities, supervise inventory, and lead performance reviews, CAPA actions, and donor relationship activities while driving efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• High Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree or up to 3 years of related experience preferred.
• One (1) to three(3) years of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Three (3) years of people management, including recruiting and training, preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with all regulations and maintain safety, quality, and production standards.
• Host and support audits and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain certifications, licenses, training docs, and audit records.
• Mentor staff and enforce safety and HR policies.
• Manage donor center facilities, assets, and equipment.
• Oversee inventory management, procurement, and P.O. submissions.
• Protect product integrity and proper handling of nonconforming products.
• Analyze KPIs to drive production goals and cost optimization.
• Lead performance management, evaluations, and development plans.
• Foster an inclusive workplace aligned with values and HR policies.
• Manage payroll records, scheduling, and staff allocation.
• Cultivate donor relationships and coordinate with marketing on initiatives.
• Lead routine staff and leadership meetings.
• Coordinate CAPA with other departments, ensure timely shipments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
