Job summary

The role focuses on compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards, supervising staff, managing inventory, and improving KPIs to drive efficiency and donor satisfaction. Excellent organizational and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience with budgeting and regulatory-compliant operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with office software and data tracking is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, maintaining standards.
• Host and support internal and external audits to ensure timely responses and corrective actions.
• Maintain certifications, licenses, training docs, and audit records for regulatory compliance.
• Mentor staff and promote safety, health, environmental, and quality policies.
• Manage donor center facilities, assets, and equipment for cleanliness and readiness.
• Oversee product inventory management and procurement efficiency.
• Sustain product storage integrity and proper handling of unsuitable products.
• Analyze and manage operational KPIs to drive production goals and quality initiatives.
• Lead employee performance management, including evaluations and development plans.
• Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values and HR policies.
• Manage payroll records, scheduling, and staff allocation.
