Octapharma Plasma, Inc. in Florida is seeking an experienced operations leader to assist Center leadership in managing daily donor center operations and ensuring training compliance through planning and execution.

This role assists the Center leadership with managing daily donor center operations and is responsible for the planning, implementation, and execution of training compliance. You will mentor staff, manage payroll and scheduling, coordinate CAPAs with corporate teams, and maintain

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or up to 3 years of related experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Three years of people management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP and regulatory standards.
• Host and support internal and external audits and corrective actions.
• Maintain certifications, licenses, training docs, and audit records.
• Mentor staff and enforce safety, health, environmental, and quality policies.
• Manage donor center facilities, assets, and equipment; ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, and purchase orders per company practices.
• Safeguard product integrity and storage equipment; ensure proper handling and CAPA.
• Analyze and manage operational KPIs to drive production goals, cost optimization, and quality initiatives.
• Lead performance management, evaluations, development plans, and hiring decisions.
• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace aligned with HR policies.
• Manage payroll records, scheduling, and staff allocation.
• Cultivate donor relationships to drive retention and donations; collaborate with marketing.
• Facilitate routine staff and leadership meetings.
