Job summary

CSL in Omaha seeks a donor center associate to greet donors and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis. You will work in accordance with SOPs and assist qualified donors through the screening process.

Responsibilities include health history review, answering basic medical questions, performing health screenings (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature), and finger-stick testing for hematocrit and total protein.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 months experience in a clerical or customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist through the screening process and health history review.
• Record donor data in the donor information system and maintain confidentiality.
• Answer phones and route inquiries as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, compliant work environment.
