CSL Plasma Tulsa seeks a Donor Center Screener to greet donors and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.

Under SOPs, you will assist donors through screening, take health history, perform basic checks, and record data in the donor information system. May train and educate donors on donation processes.

The role requires attention to safety, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsabilités

• Greet donors and guide them through the screening process.
• Perform health screening steps (BP, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger stick to obtain hematocrit and total protein levels.
• Record donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
• Answer the telephone and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality, and a clean, efficient work environment.
• Cross-train in other areas to meet center needs.
• Bilingual skills may be required, at the discretion of the organization.
