Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill seeks a Supervisor in Charge to support production, retail, and donation door operations in West Jordan, Utah. You will ensure top guest and donor service while enforcing ESGW policies and procedures.

The role requires cross-training across all sites and readiness to move between priorities as needed. Responsibilities include supervising Donation Door activities, coaching staff, and maintaining flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be cross-trained and assist in all aspects of retail, production, and/or Donation Door operations.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Develops a superior workforce through coaching conversations, feedback and manager action when staff fail to meet expectations.
• Motivate and engage the team; set the example.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to production, retail, and/or donation door as needed.
• Serves as Supervisor in Charge of the facility when required.
• Ensure high level of guest and donor service and enforce ESGW policies.
• Cross-train across all aspects of Goodwill operations and assist as priorities change.
