Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to oversee the Donation Door activities and support the overall facility operations in West Valley City, UT. This role requires cross-training across retail, production, and donation operations, with a focus on donor service, coaching staff, and consistent policy enforcement.

Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required to meet daily and seasonal workflow.

Qualifications

• Must supervise Donation Door activities and adhere to ESGW policies.
• Cross-training required across retail, production, and donation operations.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Balance activities to include Management by Walking Around and personally participating in the Donation Door area.
• Acts as a Driver of operations at the Donation Door - inspires, motivates, coaches, trains, monitors, and/or schedules the Donation Door team.
• Fills "out" positions
• Review Donation Door results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Conduct coaching conversations, as needed, to address deficiencies.
• Work with managers to request additional actions if coaching is not affecting the required result.
• Ensure Donation Door areas are organized and clean
• Performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW
• Follows all policies and procedures outlined in the Retail Management Team Policy and Procedure Handbook
• Comply with, train staff, and ensure that all policies and procedures outlined in the Retail Associate Policy and Procedure Handbook are consistently enforced
