Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill in Salt Lake City seeks a Retail Supervisor to oversee floor activities, ensuring guest and donor service meets our standards and policies are followed. The role may serve as Supervisor in Charge of the entire facility as needed.

Cross-training across all retail operations is required, and the position demands flexibility for weekends and evenings to respond to donation flow and store priorities while maintaining high levels of service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak English to communicate with staff and guests.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, monetary, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with computer software applications and internet use.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Retail Sales Floor activities to meet goals and act as Supervisor in Charge when needed.
• Ensure Easterseals-Goodwill policies and procedures are followed; cross-train in all aspects of retail operations.
• Be flexible with hours, including weekends and evenings, and adapt to changing donation flow.
