Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. in West Jordan, UT, seeks a Supervisor to oversee production activities, ensuring goals are met and service to guests and donors remains top priority.

As the potential Supervisor in Charge, you will enforce ESGW policies, cross-train across operations, and be prepared to move between tasks as priorities change, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate with staff and guests.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, monetary, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with computer software and internet applications.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervises production activities to meet goals and may act as Supervisor in Charge.
• Ensure high level of guest and donor service and enforce ESGW policies.
• Cross-train in all aspects of Goodwill operations and adapt to changing priorities.
• Move between assignments as priorities change and support retail and production.
