Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or the ability to obtain through The Excel Center.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and hold them accountable.
• Ability to train, develop, and assess the performance of team members.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with staff, customers, and management.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and retail software.
• In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including inventory control, merchandise processing, and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Oversee and supervise all operational processes within the store.
• Regularly review and analyze store sales, payroll, and other operational expenses to meet financial goals.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment by enforcing safety protocols and minimizing theft.
• Communicate issues or observations to Store Manager and District Manager with corrective actions.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
