Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of retail experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and required liability coverage.
• Successful completion of background check and drug/alcohol screen.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee work schedules and staffing coverage.
• Train Donation Associates and provide hands-on support for donations.
• Address and resolve donor/customer complaints as needed.
• Enforce safety and loss prevention; ensure adherence to agency policies.
• Promote the agency’s core values and support department goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
