Job summary

Goodwill Industries of South Texas Inc. is seeking a part-time Donations Associate to greet donors, accept donations, and help unload and presort items according to program guidelines.

You will provide courteous service, maintain a clean work area, and follow safety and loss prevention procedures while upholding agency values. Bilingual preferred but not required; ability to stand for extended periods is needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet donors with a professional and courteous manner.
• Ability to handle donations and provide receipts as requested.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform custodial duties as needed.
• Follows safety procedures and agency policies.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations from the general public and assist in sorting per program guidelines
• Provide donation receipts upon request from donors
• Maintain a clean, organized work area visible to the public
• Attend scheduled meetings as required
• Perform custodial duties as necessary
• Adhere to safety and loss prevention procedures
• Embrace agency values and contribute to department goals
• Comply with department and agency policies and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
