Qualifications

• Experience in production, warehouse, or retail operations, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
• Ability to oversee daily production activities, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donation processing and sorting for accuracy and efficiency.
• Train and supervise retail associates and program participants.
• Collaborate with store management to review employee performance.
• Ensure product rotation and labeling for outbound shipments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production/back-room/donation areas.
• Assist with scheduling and tracking production metrics.
• Maintain professionalism and resolve minor personnel issues.
• Safeguard equipment and report incidents of damage, theft, or loss.
